You may find the perfect product online or from a local retailer at a cheaper price that we extend to you.
instead of paying our markup fee, feel free to buy that item. We have no issue with installing whatever
you buy. (We like saving money ourselves). No matter what we install always warranty our labor and
material we provide, but we will not warranty products and material we do not supply.

If any reason the product we supply fails or is defective, we will work with the manufacture and supplier
to repair or replace that item without charge. If is a product you supply that has a defect you will be
responsible for the costs to make repairs or return it to the place of purchase. In addition, you may incur
extra labor costs to uninstall and reinstall the item.

If you have any questions or you need help, we are here for you to help find that perfect item to meet
your needs. If we can’t help, we can direct you to someone who can.

Our guarantee is simple. We warranty our work on most jobs for ninety days from the repair or
installation. After ninety days the manufacture warranty will apply plus labor and material costs to
replace the defective parts for item.
